A New Adventure

We are constantly growing, learning and evolving as humans. We are born, grow as children, go off to school, plan a career, become parents all of which is part of life for most of us with some variations. That has been pretty much my life, I went to Ringling College of Art and Design, was a landscape designer, ran my own drafting business, became a mom and choose to be a stay at home mom and now it is time for a new and long awaited adventure!

I have always wanted to be an artist, especially a children's book illustrator and writer. This can sometimes be daunting and scary process and with lots of research, learning, open-mindedness and work you can succeed.

In this blog, I want to share my process, the good, bad and educational hopefully with a positive twist. Hope you will join me on this new journey as I discover more about my art, writing, process and hopefully a published book at the end.
